The Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm has been canceled due to Covid-19
For the first time in its history, the Nobel Institute announces on Tuesday announced the cancellation of the annual award ceremony scheduled for December 10 in the Danish capital Stockholm, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, indicating that the celebration will take place on television in the absence of the winners who will receive their prizes remotely.
The institute confirmed that the names of the winners of the various awards (medicine, physics, chemistry, literature, peace and economics) will be announced on the dates set between 5 and 12 October next from Stockholm and Oslo.
