The Executive Power regulated the retirement mobility law

The legislation establishes that pensions will be adjusted quarterly, based on a formula that will be applied 50% based on resources destined for the ANSES and 50% based on the evolution of the salaries of stable workers. The National Executive Power regulated the Retirement Mobility law, which establishes a quarterly adjustment of benefits, through decree 104, published this Saturday in the Official Gazette.

The legislation establishes that retirements will be adjusted in the months of March, June, September and December, based on a formula that will be applied 50% based on resources destined for the Anses and 50% based on the evolution of stable workers wages. The benefits to be considered will result from the quarterly average corresponding to each period analyzed.

The Indec and the Social Security Secretariat of the Ministry of Labor will provide ANSES before the first business day of the months of February, May, August and November of each year, the values of the General Salary Index (IS) and the Index of Average Taxable Remuneration of Stable Workers (Ripte), respectively, in order to calculate the mobility index determined by article 32 of Law 24,241.

The Anses, within the scope of its competence, will publish each of the values of the variables that were taken into account for the calculation of the corresponding mobility index, as well as the methodology practiced for that purpose.

As of March 1, 2021, the amount of the monthly credit of the Universal Basic Benefit (PBU) will be the one that results from applying the increase for mobility corresponding to that month to the sum of $ 8,707.78.
