Subscription of treasury bills for MAD 2 billion this week in Morocco
An amount of two billion dirhams (billion dirhams) was served out of a total of 6.02 billion dirhams during the operation of issuing treasury bills by auction on September 23, 2020, indicates the Directorate of the Treasury and External Finance ( DTFE) under the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Administrative Reform. The bonds with a maturity of 13 weeks were subscribed for 100 million dirhams (MDH) at the rate of 1.47%, specifies the DTFE in a press release. The 52-week and 2-year bonds were subscribed for respectively MAD 400 million and MAD 1.5 billion, at the respective rates of 1.652% and 1.856%, according to the same source. The settlement date for the subscribed warrants will be September 28, 2020.
