Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, students, everything we are doing is for you, for the sake of future generations. Now the coronation period is going on. You can't go to school. There are books after that. You study well. There will be no test, maybe you will have to give promotion. We are seeing what can be done.
The Prime Minister said this after listening to the speech of a student who benefited from electricity in Noakhali in a video conference from Ganobhaban at 10:30 am on Thursday. This year, the fifth class Primary Education Completion (PEC) and Ibtedayi Education Completion (EEC) examinations will not be taken. The class will be promoted to the next class through evaluation. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has agreed to this. He agreed to send a summary to the Prime Minister to cancel the final-ibtedayi examination this year.
On the other hand, it has not been decided yet whether the Class VIII examinations (JSC-JDC) will be taken this year under the Covid-19situation. At the same time, no decision has been taken about HSC examination.
Inaugurating the electrification program today, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, 'Children are not able to go to school today due to corona. As a result, children are not able to study.
