Park Deok-heum and his family as major shareholders has received more than 100 billion won in the name of construction orders and new technology usage fees from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and affiliates over the past five years. Rep. Park was a member of the National Assembly's Homeland Transportation Committee from April 2015 to May 2020. According to Congressman Jin's office, Hye-young Construction won 9 construction orders from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and affiliated agencies when Park was working on the National Land Transport Commission. There are 9 power development cases and 7 Wonha construction projects. In all of these companies, Congressman Park is known as the actual owner. The total number of orders for construction is 77.3 billion won for 25 cases.
Wonha Corporation and Wonha Construction have received a total of 37.1 billion won from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport over the past five years in the name of new technology usage fees.
