Lu Yingchuan appointed as Deputy Mayor of Beijing Municipal Government

A reporter from the Beijing Daily client sent a report on the spot that the twenty-fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 15th Municipal People's Congress that was being held voted to appoint Lu Yingchuan as the deputy mayor of Beijing. Cui Shuqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, attended the meeting to explain the proposed appointment and removal proposal. After a vote, the appointment was passed. Afterwards, everyone stood up and sang the national anthem in unison. Lu Yingchuan took the solemn constitutional oath and made a statement.


Lu Yingchuan, male, born in May 1968, Han nationality, from Funan, Anhui Province, started working in July 1990, joined the Party in July 1986, graduated from the National Economic Planning University of Renmin University of China, and is an in-service graduate student (Major in Economics, Renmin University of China) ), PhD in economics, researcher.


Served as deputy director and director of the Research Office of Beijing Municipal Planning Commission, director of the Long-term Planning and Industrial Policy Division, director of the Development Planning Division of the Municipal Development Planning Commission, member of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (deputy bureau level), deputy secretary of the Party group, and deputy director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. Deputy Secretary-General of the People's Government (at the bureau level), Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the Xinjiang Hotan Command Headquarters, Deputy Secretary of the Xinjiang Hotan District Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Shunyi District Committee , Deputy District Governor, Acting District Governor, Director (Concurrently) of the Management Committee of Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Secretary of the CPC Beijing Xicheng District Committee.
