On the proposal of the CEI (electoral body), 205 electoral districts were created for 255 deputies, 10,759 polling places, and 22,135 polling stations are planned throughout the national territory. The electoral campaign is open on Friday February 26, 2021 at midnight and closed on Thursday March 04, 2021 at midnight, that is to say seven days of campaign, announced Sidi Tiemoko Touré, the spokesperson of the Ivorian government at the end of a Council ministers chaired by the head of state Alassane Ouattara.
