Prosecutor Eduardo Taiano asked the Chamber of Deputies to send him the recording of the September 24 session along with copies of the proceedings of the Special Commission of Deputies that was formed to investigate Ameri's conduct.

The figure is regulated in art. 129 of the Penal Code under the title of Crimes against sexual integrity. If those affected are under the age of eighteen, the penalty will be imprisonment from six months to four years.

Ameri's resignation
